When using the 1 phase module and to monitor a 3d printing machine, I saw that the Active Power was negative. Could it be a software problem or a connection problem?

This is not a software problem, is a common connection problem. This is as common than we add an option to reverse current channel without touch your wires again.
In settings you can select to invert or not to invert current channel in your device configuration.
(I change it yet to invert mode)
